1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WeederCore Configurator & ROI Calculator ("Tool"), provided by Terra Robotics ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

2. Purpose of the Tool
The Tool is designed to assist users in configuring a laser weeding system and estimating potential return on investment (ROI). It provides indicative calculations based on user-supplied inputs including crop type, field geometry, operational parameters, weeding costs, and equipment scheduling. The results are for informational and planning purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Results
All ROI projections, cost savings estimates, equipment configurations, coverage capacity calculations, and operational recommendations generated by the Tool are approximations. Actual results may vary significantly depending on local conditions, crop varieties, soil types, weather patterns, weed species, equipment maintenance, operator experience, and other factors not captured by the Tool. Terra Robotics makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output produced by the Tool.

4. User-Provided Data
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the Tool, including but not limited to: total area (hectares), crop type and spacing, row and bed configurations, weed density, labor costs, herbicide and mechanical weeding costs, working schedules, and contact information. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate results, and Terra Robotics bears no liability for decisions made based on such outputs.

5. Collection and Use of Personal Information
To generate a final report, the Tool collects personal information including your name, email address, phone number, company or farm name, country, and region. 6. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive promotional materials, we may contact you with product updates, offers, and news related to Terra Robotics and the WeederCore product line. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in any email we send or by contacting us directly.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, calculations, algorithms, branding, and software code within the Tool are the exclusive property of Terra Robotics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Tool without prior written consent from Terra Robotics.

8. Pricing and Commercial Terms
Any pricing, cost estimates, or financial figures displayed by the Tool (including but not limited to equipment pricing, support package costs, depreciation schedules, and subscription fees) are indicative and subject to change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer or quotation. Final pricing will be confirmed through a separate commercial agreement with Terra Robotics or an authorized dealer.

9. Support and Maintenance Packages
The Tool allows you to explore support and maintenance package options. The descriptions, durations, and costs of these packages as presented in the Tool are for planning purposes. Actual terms, service levels, coverage, and pricing are subject to the specific service agreement entered into between you and Terra Robotics.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra Robotics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Tool, including but not limited to financial losses, crop losses, equipment purchasing decisions, or operational changes made based on the Tool's outputs.Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Terra Robotics' liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Greek or EU law.

11. Availability and Modifications
Terra Robotics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

13. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
If you qualify as a "consumer" under Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, none of these Terms affect your mandatory statutory rights. EU-based consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odrfor the out-of-court resolution of disputes.

14. Data Protection
The processing of personal data collected through the Tool is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Data Controller is Terra Robotics P.C. (TERRA ROBOTICS I.K.E.), the company details of which are set out in Section 16 below. By using the Tool you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and understand how your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

15. Cookies and Tracking
The Tool uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for its core functionality (e.g. preserving your wizard progress). Any non-essential analytics or marketing cookies will only be activated after obtaining your prior, informed consent in accordance with Greek Law 3471/2006 (ePrivacy) and the GDPR. You may withdraw such consent at any time.
