2. Personal Data We Process
When you use the Tool and submit the contact form to generate your personalized configuration report, we process the following personal data:

● Contact data: email address, phone number

● Professional data: company or farm name, user type (farmer or dealer)Location data: country, region

● Configuration inputs you provide (field geometry, crops, costs, etc.) which we link to your contact details

If you are an employee, partner or representative of a Client of the Company, we may also process the same categories of data as described above in the context of our contractual relationship with your employer.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing
The Company processes your personal data to the extent permitted or required by law, for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

● Generation and delivery of your configuration report — to personalize and email you the PDF report you requested. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

● Sales and technical follow-up — to enable our sales, dealer and support teams to contact you about your inquiry and potential commercial relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest to respond to inquiries and pursue potential business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

● Marketing communications — if you have opted in via the dedicated checkbox, we may send you product updates, offers and news related to Terra Robotics and the WeederCore product line. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and Greek Law 3471/2006. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

● Improvement of our products and services — to analyze, in aggregate, how the Tool is used. Legal basis: our legitimate interest to improve our offering (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

● Compliance with legal obligations — including tax, accounting and other regulatory obligations to which the Company is subject. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Recipients of Your Personal Data
We share your personal data only with the following categories of recipients, who act either as independent controllers or as processors on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements:

    ● Lovable Cloud / Supabase — backend hosting and database storage of your submission.

   ● Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery of your configuration report.
‍
    ● Monday.com — CRM platform used by our sales team to follow up on your inquiry.

    ● Accounting, IT maintenance and other technical providers, where applicable.
‍
    ● Authorized dealers and partners of Terra Robotics, where relevant to processing your inquiry in your country or region.

Public authorities and external advisors (e.g., tax authorities, courts, lawyers, auditors) where we are legally required to do so or to establish or defend legal claims (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f)).

Third parties in the context of a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of the Company's assets (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (notably Resend and Monday.com) may process personal data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Any such transfer is carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission or, in its absence, subject to appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with any additional technical and organizational measures required to ensure an adequate level of data protection. 6. Retention Period
Personal data submitted through the Tool will be retained for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above. In particular:Lead and inquiry data: for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry and any related follow-up, and thereafter reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed for the purposes described above. If a contractual relationship is established, data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for as long as required to defend or pursue legal claims. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.Data required for legal, tax or accounting purposes: for the period prescribed by applicable law (typically 5 to 10 years).
